At Kiton, we strive for absolute perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and artisan packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our Concierge Service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Kiton boutique packaging and secure them inside the original shipping box to ensure the delicate fabrics are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid DHL or FedEx label to the exterior of the box and schedule a complimentary collection or drop it off at an authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master tailors in Italy verify the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
